About Our Services

Our products are shipped via couriers – DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TTPost.

Delivery may take 48 to 72 hours. However, due to the pandemic that time may vary.

We are located at:

Level 8, Gulf City Complex, San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago

 

We accept most major Credit cards.

We do accept direct bank deposit from our Trinidad and Tobago customers. And we also will accept wire transfers from our international customers.

Yes! We accept online payments (Local bank transfers) and credit card payments from international customers.

Unfortunately, we do not offer hire-purchase, balance parcels or credit.

About Our Company

Founded in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in September 1999, and in response to the needs of its customers for high quality products and services, Emergency Training Associates Ltd has now developed into a local and Caricom EMS / Fire book distributor / Training company.

We are also exclusive Jones and Bartlett Learning (Public Safety Group) in the English-speaking Caribbean for JBLearning products/Titles (Paramedic, EMT, Fire, Nursing). In addition to this, we are an authorized distributor of MERET, and PerSys Medical.
 

Yes! We do provide the following training:

  1. Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED Training.
  2. CPR and AED Training.
  3. First Aid
  4. Airborne and Bloodborne Pathogens Training.
  5. Oxygen Administration Training.
  6. Advanced First Aid, CPR, and AED Training.
  7. Emergency Medical Responder Training.

We ship 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday.  All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am AST, will ship on the following Monday.  Orders ship out within 3 business days.

You can rest assured that all items you order from Emergency Training Associates Ltd will be in stock.  However, on occasion extreme demand or suppliers delays occasionally result in items being temporarily out of stock.  If you do place an order for an item which is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted directly by our customer service department by e-mail or by phone.  You will then have the option to cancel the order or to wait for the backordered product.  These products will be marked as “backordered” on the invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.  You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by calling Customer Service at 1(868)679-2146.

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund.  Should you want to cancel an order which has not been shipped, please call the Customer Service Department from 9:00 am to 5:00 PM AST, Monday thru Friday, at 1(868)679-2146.  You will then be advised if your product has not yet shipped and may therefore cancel the order. If the product has already been shipped and a cancellation is permitted, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.

In the event you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Service Department 9:00 am to 5:00 PM AST, Monday – Friday, at 1(868)679-2146.  Please have your invoice number when you call.
